1. Ethical Sourcing & Corporate Gifting

These terms govern all B2B procurement quotations, sample requests, purchase orders, and bespoke production contracts entered into with AHANA Lifestyle Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("AHANA", "we", "us", or "our") and our affiliated regional entities in Indonesia, India, and the United States.

By issuing a purchase order, approving a line sheet, or making a deposit payment, the purchasing organization ("Buyer", "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing, Currencies & Quotations

• Multi-Currency Denominations: Official enterprise quotations and invoices can be denominated in US Dollars (USD), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Singapore Dollars (SGD), and Japanese Yen (JPY) upon request.
• Taxes & Freight: Unless explicitly noted in a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) line item, VAT, GST, custom freight shipping, and destination port handling fees are itemized separately based on shipment volume and timeline.
• Price Validity: Catalog and website line prices reflect baseline master rates. Due to seasonal harvesting cycles of natural fibers, organic botanical dyes, and raw bio-materials, custom bulk quotes remain valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
• Payment Methods: We accept corporate bank wire transfers (SWIFT / ACH / FAST), confirmed Letters of Credit for high-volume enterprise orders, and major credit cards via secure enterprise payment rails.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) & Artisan Lead Times

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Each artisan cooperative has specified batch MOQs designed to sustain fair living wages and efficient batch dye processes. Typical MOQs range from 25 to 100 units depending on the product line. Low-volume sample batches can be arranged upon consultation.
• Artisan Craftsmanship & Natural Variation: All AHANA products are hand-crafted, handwoven, or precision-upcycled by skilled artisans using circular and natural inputs. Subtle variations in texture, grain, weave pattern, and organic plant dye hue are authentic signatures of heritage craftsmanship, not manufacturing flaws.
• Production Lead Times: Standard production runs for catalog goods commence upon receipt of down payment and typically require 30 to 45 business days depending on cooperative capacity.
• Bespoke Customization & Branding: Co-branded customization (custom debossing, screen-printing with eco-inks, tailored packaging, or bespoke botanical dye recipes) requires a lead time of 2 months prior to target delivery dates.
• Eco-Packaging: Custom-dimensioned bio-based boxes, handwoven banana-fiber wraps, and compostable dust bags are available upon specification.

4. Product Sampling & Pre-Production Proofing

To ensure full alignment with enterprise branding guidelines, corporate gifting committees may request physical sample kits or customized pre-production proofs:

• Sample creation and proofing typically requires up to 14 working days plus express courier transit.
• Sample fees and international courier charges are quoted upfront and are credited back towards final invoice balances upon confirmation of production orders meeting minimum batch thresholds.

5. Orders, Production Mobilization & 50% Deposits

• 50% Mobilization Deposit: Because AHANA operates an ethical supply chain that guarantees immediate upfront payments to rural artisan clusters and circular raw-material collectors, production begins only upon receipt of a confirmed 50% down payment against the approved quotation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of pre-shipment Quality Assurance (QA) inspection and issuance of official Bills of Lading / airway bills.
• Verified Carbon Offsets: Certified carbon offsetting for freight transit is available at a nominal pass-through rate. For customized orders exceeding 5 pieces per curated suite, carbon offsets are provided pro-bono by AHANA.

6. Shipping Standards, Freight & Customs Compliance

• Global Delivery Reach: We coordinate consolidated air and ocean freight shipments globally to corporate offices, distribution warehouses, conference venues, and regional hospitality properties across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
• Zero Single-Use Plastic Packaging: Master cartons and inner item packaging utilize FSC-certified corrugated boxes, biodegradable paper tape, honeycomb paper wrap, and organic cotton ribbon. Single-use plastic films or styrofoam packing peanuts are strictly prohibited across our supply chain.
• Customs & Import Documentation: AHANA provides full export declarations, Certificates of Origin (COO), phytosanitary certificates (where required for raw plant fibers), and customs documentation to ensure smooth port clearance.
• Delivery Tracking: Enterprise clients receive automated airway bill tracking and real-time status updates through our Singapore logistics desk.

7. Returns, Exchanges & No-Refund Policy

Due to our commitment to fair wages, direct rural community mobilization, and zero-waste made-to-order manufacturing, AHANA does not offer routine returns, exchanges, or cash refunds.

• Quality Assurance Commitment: Every consignment undergoes thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch. If any shipment arrives with verified transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy against approved specifications, notify our support team within 7 business days of delivery at [email protected] with photographic documentation.
• Remedy: For verified transit damage or non-conformance, AHANA will promptly provide replacement units, credit notes, or expedited repairs at our expense.

8. AHANA RAW & AHANA RE-GEN Governance

AHANA RAW (Bulk Sustainable Materials)

Bulk raw material purchases (regenerative cotton, organic indigo, kapok fibers, botanical resins, upcycled polymers) are supplied with verified batch origin data. Chain of custody documents verify that material harvesters and rural farmers receive fair trade benchmark remuneration.

AHANA RE-GEN (Corporate Upcycling Services)

When processing client-supplied waste materials (e.g. decommissioned corporate uniforms, hotel linens, exhibition vinyl banners), Client represents that it holds title to the waste material and that inputs are clean and safe for artisan handling. AHANA provides verifiable textile diversion certificates upon project completion.
