1. Pricing and Payment
- All prices can be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollar (USD), Japanese Yen (YEN), and Singapore Dollar (SGD).
- VAT, custom packaging, and freight shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and delivery schedules.
- Prices and artisanal availability may change without prior notice based on raw material seasonality.
2. Product Specifics & Customization
- Each product has a specified Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) โ consult our sales team for exact batch requirements.
- Product images reflect artisan craft; natural variations in grain, texture, and organic dyes are characteristic of authentic handcraft.
- For bespoke or customized products, manufacturing lead times start from 30 days onwards.
- Personalization (such as embossing, custom tags, or tailored dye palettes) requires a minimum of 2 months lead time and potential additional setup charges.
- Bespoke eco-packaging is available with customized dimensions upon request.
3. Sampling
- Allow up to 14 working days for product sample completion and proofing. Contact our sales agent for specific sampling details.
4. Orders & Down Payments
- To initiate custom production orders and procure raw inputs for artisan cooperatives, a 50% down payment is required based on approved quotation value.
- Optional carbon offsetting is available at a nominal cost. For orders above 5 pieces each, carbon offsets are provided pro-bono.
