7 Working Day Exchange Window

 Please initiate your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. You can submit a request by contacting our customer service team. 

Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Exchanging Made Easy

 Once you have contacted our customer service team, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Please note that return and sending charges will be at your own cost, and once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you your new selection.
