TORAJAMELO is currently working in partnership with PEKKA (Empowerment of Female Heads of Family). Our goal is to reach a community of around 1,000 weavers in four regions—Toraja and Mamasa in Sulawesi, Adonara and Lembata in East Nusa Tenggara. After working for more than ten years to strengthen the community, since 2018, TORAJAMELO has started to focus on increasing its business, to achieve 5,000 weavers, especially in the Eastern Indonesia region.
