We ship items every Tuesday, and Friday usually.  The transaction that is fulfilled after 3pm will be shipped on the next shipping day. We are helped by Ninja Xpress to ship the order. Mostly the order will arrive 2-3 days to your address for the JABODETABEK area. Shipping duration will depend on your area. For JABODETABEK area, the average shipping cost is IDR 10,000. Do not hesitate to contact us for further price if your area is not listed on our website. We ship all over Indonesia and to most destinations in the world.

Refund Policy

To request a refund on an item purchased via this website, please contact us [email protected].  AHANA supports an 18-day return policy, applicable only to items purchased from this website . Only items in the following categories qualify for a refund:

• Item arrived at customer's home damaged
• Item that arrived at customer's home is different from the item in the purchase confirmation provided by AHANA
• Customer want a different colour/size of the item.

To qualify for a return, the customer must request the refund via the website above and the item must arrive back at our shop no greater than 18 days from the date of the original purchase confirmation. To be eligible for returns in the two scenarios listed above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will need photo evidence of the damage within 1 hour on unboxing.
