We apologize that we cannot change or modify an order after you have received an order confirmation email. Product orders will be processed and shipped according to product confirmation.
However, if you are not happy with the product ordered, you can return the product when the product is received later by following our return policy. We will also like to inform you that products purchased from our online stores can only be returned and are applicable for refund, but cannot be exchanged.
If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable or becomes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call from our Customer Support. The refund will be made to you accordingly based on paid item value.

After your bank transfer payment has been successfully completed, our system will take approximately 1.5 hours for verification and confirmation status of your payment.
